The trackbed of an old railway, alongside the A752 at Drumpellier Country Park. This could potentially be made into a path for the Seven Lochs Trail instead of using the footway of the A752. At this point, the trackbed crosses a bridge over ... [more]

An old railway track alongside the A752 at Drumpellier Country Park, which would make a better route for the Seven Lochs Trail than the footway of the A752. It just needs a path to be built on the trackbed and across to a road crossing. Vie ... [more]

The southern entrance to Drumpellier Country Park on the A752.

The Seven Lochs Trail turns from the A752 into Drumpellier Country Park. The signs here make no mention of the Seven Lochs Trail. There is a dropped kerb here, but it is partly blocked by a mangled railing installed across it.

The footway of the A752 was supposed to be upgraded to be part of NCN route 755 south of Gartcosh, but this has still to happen. However, it is now part of the Seven Lochs Trail and still has obstructions like this boundary sign post.

No safe crossing of the A752 at Commonhead Road, on the Seven Lochs Trail, and not even a dropped kerb! Just a promise of a future bridge across the M73 and A752, if it gets funding.

The Seven Lochs Trail crosses the A752 and goes into Drumpellier Country Park. But there's not even a dropped kerb to help with the crossing of this busy A road at Commonhead Road.

The cycle route sign has been turned 90 degrees - it's for traffic heading west/to the right.

Cyclists are supposed to turn right only because they can't be trusted to wait for pedestrians at the crossing to the left.

Nice level access to South Molton Street but there's a No Entry sign, alas.

Does there really need to be a cycling ban on Shepherd's Place in this day and age?

End of shared-use cycleway, turn left or right - there's a No Cycling sign (just to the right) for the footway ahead.

Pedestrian cut-through

No idea what slowing down is meant to achieve. Telling drivers to leave space might make more sense.

Decent amount of cycle parking, very well used, at Paddington station
